It can be a powerfully humbling experience to realize that what we see may be more of a reflection of who we are than an accurate portrayal of reality.
Not giving in to a bodily impulse can begin to teach us how to keep our minds above the waters of our emotions and feelings.
Often life just doesn’t make sense and there aren’t neat, clean answers, but there is power in the journey and fulfillment that comes from the moments that we connect with who we were created to be.
The will to be ourselves is our highest calling.
I will continue to write and I will challenge myself as well as you…hopefully we can both embrace our invincible summers!!
